When will my order be shipped?

  • 99% of items ship either same or next day, depending on the time they are received. In general if an order is received before 10am, it will dispatch the same day. For a more exact dispatch or delivery estimate, see the 'Shipping & Delivery' information graphic in each particular product description by scrolling down to the end of the product description. 
  • Please Note: For orders paid through direct deposit, they are processed as soon as payment is received and therefore the dispatch times specified above apply after payment has been received.
  • Please also note that we have partner warehouses in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane who ship items on our behalf, so certain products may arrive separately in different shipments. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

  • Delivery times vary according to the location within Australia. For certain brands we offer express shipping. You can read more about this here.
  • For a delivery estimate, please see the shipping and delivery information table in the product description of the item you would like to purchase, by scrolling to the end of the product description. 

Do you offer parcel tracking?

Yes, our parcels are trackable with our trusted courier services. Orders by default have ATL on them (Authority to leave at the door) unless signature is otherwise specified in checkout comments.  

How much does shipping cost? 

  • Prices vary according to weight and destination. The average delivery price is $14.95 but some items start at $9.95. Each product has its shipping cost listed in the product description information under 'Shipping & Delivery', which you can view by scrolling to the end of the product description. 
  • Please Note for certain brands we have shipping coupon discounts based on order amount, available. These are located under the price on the particular product page, if it applies. Wherever possible, we also offer free shipping. These products will have a prominent sign if that's the case. 
  • If you are ordering more than one item, you can get a shipping estimate of your desired products by using our shipping estimate feature available in your shopping cart under Subtotal before checkout.

Do you offer Pickup?  

  • We offer pickup for different items from different locations. Each product will have its pickup location listed under the sale countdown timer (see screenshot below), and the 'Shipping & Delivery' information for that product, which you can see by scrolling down to the end of the product description.

Conditions for Shipping & Deliveries

  • We are closed on Friday afternoon's, Saturday’s and public holidays. All orders received during these times will be processed on the next business day.
  • Next Business Day delivery for regional & remote areas, including the Northern Territory and Nth QLD during wet season, may take 1-2 more days to arrive at their destination.
  • Please note: Although we use highly reputable carriers for deliveries there may be occasional unforeseen delays due to issues beyond our control such as; airport air-freight delays, poor weather or spot security checks. However, these are rare. We cannot accept responsibility for these circumstances beyond our control and delivery charges are therefore non-refundable.

What is your returns policy?

Change of Mind Returns

  • In regards to smaller weight items, such as baby products, clothing and smaller toys under 2kg, if you have a change of mind for any reason in regards to your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange it within 5 days of the item being delivered, and if it has been returned to us in its original packaging (unopened and unused with original tags were appropriate). The customer must ensure it is appropriately packaged when shipping back so that it will not be damaged via transit (if it arrives damaged, the refund will not be processed), and will need to pay the shipping back fee. It will be refunded minus the original shipping cost and transaction fee (which differs between payment gateways and varies from 2% for PayPal to 7% for Afterpay). Please contact us at info@kindtokidz.com.au to arrange a return and to find out how much will be refunded to your account. 
  • Please Note that change of mind returns are no longer accepted for items that weigh more than 2kg and/or require assembly, as these items are shipped directly from the manufacturer and they will not accept change of mind returns on our behalf. Furthermore, these items are also at increased risk of damage each time they are transported due to their size. 

Damaged or Faulty Returns 

  • For smaller items/those that come in one piece that are defective we can arrange a replacement if possible, otherwise a refund. Please email clear pictures of the issue to info@kindtokidz.com.au. 
  • For items that have different parts, and flat packed items, including but not limited to furniture, storage, toy kitchens, dollhouses, prams, playsets and other wooden toys, we will replace any damaged or defective parts as per manufacturers warranty. Please submit your request to us at info@kindtokidz.com.au with clear pictures of any issues you have found and replacement parts needed. We take this matter very seriously and will work on resolving it as quickly as possible.
  • Please note if you receive any defective parts and still proceed to fully assemble the item when it has obvious issues and then request compensation, we can only offer you limited assistance. If you only noticed an issue after beginning assembly, please halt assembly immediately and contact us at info@kindtokidz.com.au. 
  • With larger items, if more than 50% of the item is found to be defective or damaged and spare parts replacement or a repair is not possible, we will arrange a return and then a refund or replacement, depending on the item and manufacturers policy.
