World Wildlife Day (WWD) is celebrated annually on the 3rd of March in support of animals and plants across the world. Proclaimed by the U.N (proposed by Thailand), it reaffirms the natural value of wildlife. It aims to recognise "the unique roles and contributions of wildlife to people and the planet." World Wildlife Day is a great opportunity to teach our children about the importance of wildlife conservation and maintaining bio diversity.
