Spielwelle Mechaniks

The Spielwelle Mechanic Lab is an interactive lab box that introduces children to the fundamentals of mechanical transmission through play. With 22 engaging experiments, kids can explore essential mechanical components, turn handles, change rotation directions, and transmit motion. By experimenting with these basic principles, children gain hands-on knowledge of how simple machines have made work easier for centuries, fostering curiosity and problem-solving skills. 

Children can manipulate and experiment with a variety of things: inserting axles, attaching belts, turning the crank, and more! The processes are very vivid and can be experienced in a holistic way: You can see what is connected to each other, hear the sounds when you move something, and feel the force required to set something in motion. Many other experiments can be designed by yourself through free variations!
